Policies

Shipping: We ship to the continental United States.  No international orders are accepted at this time.  Most orders shipped UPS Ground.  When unless otherwise specified.  

Payments:  We accept Master Card and Visa credit card payments, PayPal, Money Orders, and Certified Checks. 

All payments must be in US funds. Customer is responsible for sales tax, shipping charges, customs charges or applicable duties. 

Sales Tax: Virginia Residents will be charged 5.0% sales tax unless sales a tax certificate is provided. 

Returns: All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of products and must be authorized by us before any items may be returned.

All claims should be submitted to customerservice@wavesconcepts.com within ten days of receipt of merchandise.  Shipping charges are not refundable.   Any returns without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors. Product images are representative of products and may not accurately represent actual product color or size.

Use of this site or placing an order indicates acceptance of all policies as outlined.

Merchants:  Tax ID Number is required to qualify for a resale account.  

YOUR PRIVACY: Waves Concepts LLC does not make available or share any information about it's customers.  Your information will be held in absolute confidence and will never be provided to a third party unless by order of a court of law.
